Yay for the L.A. Times!

I just found out that the Daily Dish blog at the L.A. Times is running a vegan recipe every day in October for Vegan Month of Food (aka Vegan MoFo). Good for them! Nice to see a giant mainstream newspaper give out some veg love.

And the recipes to date:

Lentil salad with tomatoes, zucchini and arugula

Quinoa salad with shiitakes, fennel and cashews

Roasted vegetable soup

Edamame sandwich

Whole wheat flatbread with caramelized onions and dates

(Going forward, a good way to keep up will be to look under the Vegan Month of Food category at the Daily Dish site.)

Haven’t made any of these yet, but will certainly do so. Right after I make this potato salad from the NY Times last week:
