yoga2The NY Times published an engaging essay today by a yoga teacher on how her practice and the principles of yoga are helping her understand her mother’s descent into Alzheimer’s.

Living in the Moment

It’s an interesting point, that with Alzheimer’s you have no choice but to exist in the present, as yoga practitioners endeavor to do. I don’t entirely agree with the author’s take, but it is thought-provoking.  Highly recommended reading.
